Crystal Lake Blotter: Electronic Harassment, DUI Arrests, Criminal Damage to Property/School

Here is a look at recent arrests made in Crystal Lake:

• Daniel Scott Okon,34, of 894 Pleasant Street in Woodstock, was arrested on Jan. 23 on a warrant out of McHenry County on a theft charge. Bond was set at $1,500. He is next expected in court on Feb. 14.
• Lauren Renee Ermel, 26, of St. Charles, was arrested on Jan. 16 for DUI/Alcohol. Bond was set at $3,000.
• Alej J.Dugas-Parrish, 22, of 401 Kelly Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Jan. 16 for domestic battery/physical contact.
• Alex Joseph Boncuore, 19, of 713 Willow St. in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Jan. 15 on a warrant out of Cook County for violating conditions of release on a DUI charge. His bond was set at $5,000.
• James Jeffrey Stillman, 20, of 26320 W. Blackhawk Ave. in Ingleside, was arrested on Jan. 19 on a charge of electronic harassment comment request suggestion proposal. Bond was set at $1500
• Jennifer Lynn Busch, 31, of 633 Norwood Lane in Schaumburg, was arrested on Jan. 20 for domestic battery/physical contact.
• Edward Gene Kozak, 37, of 210 Elmhurst St. #307 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Jan. 30 for theft and on a warrant out of McHenry County on a theft charge. Bond was set at $20,000.
• Jason D. Peter, 32, of 916 Hiawatha Lane in Marengo, was arrested on Jan. 26 for electronic harassment/threat injury/person/property.
• Chad Wayne Hadaway, 42, of 783 Eletson Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Jan. 27 for DUI/Alcohol and DUI/BAC over .08. Bond was set at $300 and a court date was set for March 2.
• Gustavo Cardenas, 25, of 1086 Plum Tree Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Jan. 28 for aggravated battery/public place.
• Daniel Blair Knabusch, 33, of 596 Crimson Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested Jan 28 for aggravated battery/peace officer, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, DUI/Alcohol, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, ATV/attempt to flee/elude an officer, and failure to reduce speed.
• Tania Rodriguez, 25, of 205 Granada Road in Carpentersville, was arrested on Jan. 29 for DUI/Alcohol, DUI/BAC over .08, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and domestic battery/bodily harm.
• Carlos G. Garrido, 25, of 472 Princeton Avenue in Elgin, was arrested for DUI/Alcohol, driving on a suspended driver’s license and DUI/BAC over .08. He was also wanted on a warrant for failure to appear for traffic offense. Bond was set at $650.
• Corrine Buss Wisowaty, 33, of 167 Monet Place in St. Charles, was arrested on Feb. 1 for DUI/Alcohol and DUI/BAC Over .08. Bond was set at $300.
• Sebastian Szczurowski, 18, of 3168 Impressions in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Feb. 3 for unlawful to knowingly possess a controlled substance or counterfeit substance.
• Nikolaus Anthony Wendel, 22, of 555 Darlington Lane 30 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 5 for domestic battery/physical contact and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
• Blake Robert Steckel, 33, of 6817 Red Barn Road in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Feb. 6 for criminal damage to property/school/$300<$10,000.
• Wendy Lynn Riva, 57, of 316 Tecumseh Trail 407 in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Feb. 11 for retail theft <$300.
