Crystal Lake Man Arrested for Aggravated Battery of Peace Officer: Blotter

A look at arrest reports made in December by the Crystal Lake Police Department:
- Police arrested Pedro Ganzales Carrion, 39, of 13204 Hickory Lane in Woodstock, on Dec. 1 for driving on a suspended driver’s license. A court date was set for Jan. 26. Bond was set at $1,500.
- Police arrested Ronald G. Smith, 52, of 207 W. Blackman St. in Harvard, for retail theft on Dec. 14. Bond was set at $150.
- Police arrested Jeremiah E. Borgert, 37, of 945 Nottingham Lane in Crystal Lake, on Dec. 15 on a warrant for deception/threat execute. A $1,500 bond was set.
- Tiegan Nicole Banburt, 26, of 515 Sioux Drive in Batavia, was arrested on Dec. 22 for driving on a suspended driver’s license. A $1,500 bond was set.
- Kyle Matthew Crowley, 31, of 1408 Floresta Vista in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 30 for a warrant for theft unauthorized control over property, aggravated discharged of firearm/occupied vehicle and illegal position of ammunition/FOID. Bond was set at $3,000.
- Rebekah Suzanne Nichols, 31, of 231 Uteg St. 2 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Dec. 31 for aggravated battery of peace officer, resisting/obstructing a peace officer/correctional employee, domestic battery/physical contact and interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.
