The Crystal Lake Park District has spent the last several months working through a strategic planning process to develop initiatives to provide specific direction for the Park District over the next five years. The Park Board approved the 2017-2022 Strategic Plan at the board meeting on July 20, 2017.

This plan was formulated over the past six months in three phases:
