Crystal Lake Park District Announces Annual Firewood Sale

The Crystal Lake Park District will be hosting a Firewood Sale on Saturday, November 9, from 8 AM-Noon, rain or shine. The sale will be held at Lippold Park Maintenance Storage Building (east of Mickey Sund Baseball Fields) on Route 176, just west of Route 14. Follow the Firewood Sale signs once inside the park. The firewood will be available for $75 per face cord (4’ x 8’ x 16’) or $40 per half face cord (4’ x 4’). Proceeds go towards the Crystal Lake Park District Environmental Committee. Firewood is a mixture of hardwoods. Buyers will need to load their own wood. Cash or check (payable to Crystal Lake Park District) only.
