Crystal Lake Park District Announces Fall Firewood Sale on November 4

The Crystal Lake Park District Environmental Committee will be hosting a Firewood Sale on Saturday, November 4, rain or shine. Proceeds from the firewood sale will be used by the Crystal Lake Park District Environmental Committee to purchase pollinator garden plants. NEW: We will have 2 lb bags of Hickory Wood Chips and Applewood Chips for purchase on site for $5 per bag.

Location: Lippold Park Maintenance Building (east of Mickey Sund Baseball Fields), on Route 176, just west of Route 14

Wood consists of mostly oak trees harvested from fallen trees in our parks and natural areas. Buyer is responsible for loading and hauling wood. Rain or shine.
