Crystal Lake Park District Enrolling Now for Fall Session of Hapkido

The Crystal Lake Park District has limited spots available for the final fall session of Hapkido (ages 6 & up) Register online today via page 39 of the digital activity guide at crystallakeparks.org. Hapkido (Ages 6 & up)

Hapkido is the Korean Art of self-defense. What distinguishes Hapkido from other traditional martial art styles is that Hapkido is both an Art of Self-Defense and an Art of Discipline. Hapkido primarily emphasizes the subduing of an opponent with minimal strength. Traditional martial art techniques: kicks, punches, forms and blocks are taught.

** Note: Youth Beginners will meet from approximately 7-8 pm, Advanced students meet from 7-9 pm
