Crystal Lake Park District Grounds Division Presented with Living with Trees Award
presented by the Land Conservancy of McHenry County
In recognition of exception work in preserving oak-hickory woodlands throughout the community, the Crystal Lake Park District was presented with a ‘Living with Trees Award’ from the Land Conservancy of McHenry County. The awards program recognizes individuals and organizations that go above and beyond to take care of the local oaks. Bruce Peters and Valarie Roberts accepted the award on behalf of the Crystal Lake Park District Parks Department at The Land Conservancy Annual Meeting on January 29.
