Crystal Lake Park District Receives Summer Day Camp Award

40 Years of Great Camping Leadership - Crystal Lake Park District Receives International Camping Fellowship Milestone Recognition.

The Crystal Lake Park District is proud to have received a 'Milestone of Excellence' recognition from the International Camping Fellowship (ICF). The Park District was recognized for 40 years of great camping leadership and for being one of the best examples of the spirit of camp. Crystal Lake Park District efforts in supporting the ICF wish to 'bring together the world of outdoor experience' through camping were noted in the award letter.

Congratulations to Sandra Thompson, Recreation Supervisor in charge of Summer Day Camp, as well as, the many, many dedicated Camp Counselors, Camp Directors who helped our Summer Day Camps achieve this recognition.
