Crystal Lake Police: Have Coffee With The Chief
The police department specifically recommended that parents of kids in middle school or older check out the event.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The Crystal Lake Police Department is inviting the public to the department to have coffee, chat with police and see an educational program.
The Coffee with the Chief event will include an educational seminar on the long term effects of sexting and social media, according to the department's event page on Facebook. That segment will be run by Crystal Lake School Resource Officers Dade and Sanders, as well as Detective Eitel.
Coffee with the Chief will be Tuesday, April 17, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the police department at 100 W. Woodstock St.
