Curbside Electronics Pickup Planned for Crystal Lake

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — If you have TVs or computer monitors to get rid of and you live in Crystal Lake, mark your calendar for the week of Sept. 9. Prairieland Disposal Services and Recycling will be conducting curbside electronics collection during that week, Sept. 9 through Sept. 13, in Crystal Lake, according to information posted on the city's Facebook page. Residents will be able to set out a maximum of five electronic items, including a limit of one television or one computer monitor.

The electronics will be collected on the resident's regularly scheduled collection day.
