D155 Reaches Contract Agreement With Support Staff
D155 support personnel will receive average annual increases of 3.9 percent in salaries and benefits.
From District 155 Schools: District 155 is pleased to announce the approval of a new 4-year agreement with its support staff union, CHESS. The agreement begins July 1, 2019, and will run through June 30, 2023. The full agreement will be posted online on the District website and will provide D155 support personnel with average annual increases of 3.9% in salaries and benefits.
“We sincerely appreciate the hard work and professionalism demonstrated by our employee unions during our many negotiations this year. D155 recognizes the impact our employees have on our students, schools, and community,” said Steve Olson, D155 Superintendent. “We thank them for their commitment to D155 and value their continuous dedication to ensure every student enters with promise and leaves with purpose.”
Additionally, the District approved an administrative compensation structure for the upcoming 3-year period of 2019-2020 through 2021-2022. District administration will receive average annual increases of 2.4% in salaries and benefits.
