Delivery of Heroin / Telephone Harassment / Leaving Scene of DUI Crash: Crystal Lake Blotter

A look at recent arrests made by the Crystal Lake Police Department.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL - A look at recent arrests made by the Crystal Lake Police Department:

  • Carlos Jonathon Lucas, 30, of Chicago, was arrested on May 4 on a warrant for felony theft. His bond was set at $50,000. He is next expected in court on June 6.
  • Adam Joseph Fowles, 41, of 5918 Beachway Street in Cary, was arrested on May 11 for aggravated battery/public place.
  • Timothy Robert Kerley, 38, of 4005 Woods End Road in Crystal Lake, was arrested on May 11 for aggravated assault and disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $20,000. He is next expected in court on June 13.
  • Brandy Melissa Pauley, 23, of 2909 N. Magellan Drive in McHenry, was arrested on April 21 for no driver's license/never issued license. Her bond was set at $1,500. She is next expected in court on May 16.
  • Porfirio Nunez, 20, of 10 Walnut in Carpentersville, was arrested on April 29 for manufacturing/delivery of heroin, possession of a controlled substance, manufacturing 1 to 15 grams of cocaine and illegal possession/consumption of alcohol by a minor. Nunez was transported to the McHenry County Jail.
  • Angelo Louis Martinez, 49, of 4723 S. Elizabeth in Chicago, was arrested on April 30 for telephone harassment same victim and for an in-state warrant.
  • Sarah Mae Rizo, 34, of 3906 Burton Trail in Crystal Lake, was arrested on May 3 for DUI/Alcohol, illegal possession/transport of liquor, electronic communication device and failure to reduce speed. Bond was set at $3,000. She is next expected in court on June 27.
  • Kevin Christopher Pecoraro, 37, of 124 Mayfield Avenue in Crystal Lake, was arrested on May 6 for domestic battery/physical contact. Pecoraro was transported to the McHenry County Jail. He is next expected in court on June 6.
  • Anita Lopez-Quintero, 48, of 1810 Power Road in Woodstock, was arrested on May 7 for retail theft.
  • Megan L. Medves, 20, of 1134 Saddle Ridge Trail in Cary, was arrested on May 7 for leaving the scene of an accident/vehicle damage, consumption of liquor by a minor, purchase/possession of liquor by a minor and DUI/alcohol. Medves is next expected in court on June 6.
  • Rafael Torres, 45, of 952 Chippewa Circle in Carpentersville, was arrested on May 8 for aggravated battery of a peace officer.
