Dense Fog Advisory Issued for Lake, McHenry Counties
Fog is expected to reduce visibility for area drivers through mid-morning Tuesday.

A dense fog advisory has been issued for Lake and McHenry counties through 9 a.m. this morning.
Areas of dense fog will develop and reduce visibility to one-quarter-mile or less through mid-morning, according to the National Weather Service.
Drivers are encouraged to slow down, use your headlights and leave plenty of distance between your vehicle and the car ahead of you.
