Downtown Crystal Lake Main Street New Staff & Board

(Crystal Lake, IL) New staff and new board members have joined the Downtown Crystal Lake Main Street 501 (c) 3 nonprofit effective September 4, 2018. Board president Richard Harms announced, “We are pleased to have Ben Volling of State Farm and Katie Cowlin of the City of Crystal Lake join our board. Michelle Rentzsch of the City of Crystal Lake will be leaving the board after 22-years of service as the board secretary. Also, Erin Weingart is our Events Coordinator, the new staff member supporting executive director Diana Kenney.”

Downtown Crystal Lake Main Street is affiliated with the National Main Street Program and Illinois Main Street providing structure and economic opportunity through Design, Promotions, Organization, Marketing and Economic Development. The board and staff plan and execute annual events such as the Farmers Market, Johnny Appleseed Festival, Festival of Lights Parade, Santa House and more family-friendly fun.
