Duke's Alehouse to Take Over Wakeboard Park Restaurant
Duke's on the Water is expected to open this May for the summer season at The Quarry Cable Park.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL - A downtown Crystal Lake restaurant and bar known for its excellent craft beer selection and for utilizing local farmers and producers for its menu items will be taking over the restaurant at the wakeboarding park at Three Oaks Recreation Area.
Dukes on the Water, which will be operated by Duke’s Alehouse and Kitchen, will offer a menu of burgers, sandwiches, salads and comfort foods at the restaurant at The Quarry Cable Park when it opens in May. And, similar to its downtown location, Duke’s on the Water plans to source its ingredients from local and sustainable producers.
As part of an agreement approved 6-0 Tuesday evening by the Crystal Lake City Council, the wakeboard park’s owners will remain in charge of serving alcohol at the restaurant since the park has a system in place that prevents those who have been drinking from also wakeboarding, according to the Northwest Herald.
