Employers Sought For McHenry-Area Job-A-Thon

From the Goodwill Industries of Northern Illinois: Goodwill Industries invites area employers and hiring managers with open positions to register for the 2018 McHenry Job-A-Thon to be held on April 21, 2018. The McHenry Job-A-Thon is a high energy, intense job hiring event that gives employers one-hour time slots to promote their company and talk to potential employees.

What: 2018 McHenry Job-A-Thon Community Job Fair

When: Saturday, April 21, 2018 – 9:00am to 1:00pm

Where: McHenry Goodwill Resource Room – 2006 N. Richmond Road, McHenry, IL 60051

Who: Area employers who have open positions or plan to hire in the near future.

HOW: There is no charge for employers to attend. Employer registration is required. To register call (815) 987-6229 or emailDanaM@goodwillni.org. Space is limited.

The 2018 McHenry Job-A-Thon is different from a traditional ‘Job Fair’ where you have to linger for hours with little or no customer traffic. A Job-A-Thon reaches more people in less time, is more enjoyable and gets more accomplished.

Event media partner, STAR 105.5, will be broadcasting live from the Job-A-Thon. The event will also be promoted through Goodwill’s social media, website, in a media press release and in Goodwill stores.
