Here is a look at recent Crystal Lake Police Department arrest reports:

• Randy Andrew Szczepanik, 40, of 4561 Loyola Drive in McHenry, was arrested on Nov. 2 for DUI/Alcohol.
• Edith Arelia Ayala, 41, of 835 Jewett Street in Woodstock, was arrested for driver’s license expired more than six months, headlight violation, failure to yield an emergency vehicle, and change lanes when prohibited. Bond was set at $1,500.
• Dylan James Davila, 23, of 6706 Connecticut Trail in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 5 for DUI/Alcohol, fail to notify/unattended vehicle, driver to fail to notify/accident, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and DUI/BAC .08. Bond was set at driver’s license plus $100.
• Aaron Scott Sennholtz, 19, of 2813 Sun Valley Drive in Cary, was arrested on Nov. 8 for unlawful to knowingly possess a controlled/counterfeit substance.
• Gilbert William Brice, 32, of 1433 Skyridge Drive B in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 9 for driving on a suspended driver’s license.
• Gina Erica Davis, 25, of 46 Crystal Street in Cary, was arrested on Nov. 9 for retail theft. A court date was set for Dec. 20. Bond was set at $150.
• Allen Andrew Denk, 42, 871 Darlington Lane in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 12 for criminal damage to property/school<$300.
• Jason M. Silberbauer, 26, of 14411 Kishwaukee Valley Road in Woodstock, was arrested on Nov. 13 for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,500. A court date was set for Nov. 20.
• Diane Lynn Ratz, 24, of 136 Edgewater Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 15 for DUI/Alcohol. Bond was set at $3,000 and a court date was set for Nov. 20.
• Michelle Renee Reynolds, 24, of 210 Elmhurst Street 102 in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 16 for criminal trespassing to a building. Bond was set at $1,500. Her court date was set for Nov. 20.
• Taylor Jordan Reimann, 20, of 3401 Biscayne Road in McHenry, was arrested on Nov. 18 for consumption of liquor by minor. A court date was set for Jan. 3.
• Amaer Abubakr, 23, of 134 Cunat Court Apt. 2D in Lake in the Hills, was arrested on Nov. 18 for domestic battery/physical contact, domestic battery/bodily harm, and assault.
• Michelle Ann Rhody, 33, of 393 Hickory Drive in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 19 for domestic battery/physical contact and domestic battery/bodily harm.
• Sheila Lynn Benbennick, 28, of 585 Regent Street in South Elgin, was arrested on Nov. 19 for endangering the life/health of a child and retail theft. Bond was set at $1,500 and a court date was set for Dec. 27.
• Anthony James Duggins, 42, of 340 Poplar Street in Crystal Lake, was arrested on Nov. 24 for DUI/Alcohol and Aggravated DUI/3rd+ DUI.
• Jasen R. Sundberg, 37, of 5702 Fieldstone Trail in McHenry, was arrested on Nov. 27 for driving on a suspended license. Bond was set at $150 and his court date was set for Dec. 27.
