Halloween Costume Exchange will take place for students with parental permission during school hours. Students will try to find a costume here before dragging their parents through the stores. In 2010, 170 costumes were reused and recycled by 3 Oaks students. Drop boxes for costumes will be inside school entrance beginning Sept 20th.
