The Crystal Lake Park District holds a "Chanting and Gong Evening" for adults ages 16 and up. The group will chant the Aquarian Sadhana Mantras for 62 minutes, then end with relaxation to the gong. Registration required, participants should bring a match, a cushion to sit on and a blanket.
