Let's get out and walk. What better way to get moving, enjoy the fresh air and meet new people? We can't think of one, that's why we thought we'd start an official walking group. Are you with us?!
Our "Come Walk With Us" group will begin on Wednesday night, March 23rd, at 6:30PM. We will walk from the store and take in the downtown area of Crystal Lake as well as the bike path.
All fitness levels welcome and encouraged to come and walk with us.
