Girl Scouts of Northern Illinois is hosting a special event for girls who want to check out Girl Scouts and see what the FUN is all about! Every girl should have the opportunity to be a Girl Scout! This exciting one-day event is open to girls ages 5-17 and will be held on Thursday, June 21 from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. at the Crystal Lake Nature Center, 330 North Main Street in Crystal Lake.

Girls will have the opportunity to play games, make "camp" food and participate in specially-designed Journey activities! Fee is $20 for non-registered Girl Scouts and includes Girl Scout membership, all activities, snack and fun patch.  Financial assistance is available, if needed. Participants should also bring a sack lunch and water bottle.  Since the event will be held rain or shine, there will be no refunds.

Currently registered Girl Scouts may attend if they bring a non-registered friend.  By bringing a non-registered friend, girls can earn their Bring a Friend patch!
