L.E.A.N. Essentials

The Cary Park District holds a L.E.A.N. Essentials class for parents of children age 3 to 12 years old. Attendants will learn the basics of the L.E.A.N. (lifestyle, exercise, attitude and nutrition) Start program. Registration required.
