Celebrate National Kite Flying month with a fun-filled day flying kites at Lions Park. There will be prizes for the biggest kite, smallest kite, highest flying kite, most unusual kite and more. Information about the Illinois Park District Youth License Plate will also be available. All ages are welcome to attend this free event.
