The Cary Park District holds a Lifeguarding class for teens and adults age 15 years old and up. This class teaches basic lifeguarding skills including first aid and CPR. The course meets on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday starting 7/5. Registration required, participants should check the course information and schedule for times and requirements.
