The power of music to affect our moods, enhance our mental state, and
aid in our physical wellbeing will be explored at Lifetree Café on Weds. March 14th from 7pm-8pm.

The program, titled “Unlocking the Mystery of Music,” features an exclusive filmed interview with a music therapist and a patient who credits music with helping in his recovery.
“We’ll share research that provides practical strategies for using music to enhance our lives,” says Lifetree representative Craig Cable. “Music can improve memory, ease pain, and even help with weight loss.”
Admission to the 60-minute event is free. Snacks and beverages are available. Lifetree Café is located at Conscious Cup Coffee in Crystal Lake.
