Since October of 2011, TJ has been on the path to recovery from Aortic Valve Replacement which was complicated with a triple site fasciotomy on his leg. In December his heart valve was found to be leaking, and had to undergo another repair. To date, medical bills have exceeded $500,000 (half of a million dollars) and continue to come in. Even with insurance, the costs associated with recovery, medication, transportation, and otherwise have challenged TJ and his family. This benefit is here to assist in that expense.
