Fox River Grove's Norge Ski Club Will Host Autumn Ski Jump This Weekend

FOX RIVER GROVE, IL - Ski jumpers from around the world will compete this weekend at the Norge Ski Club's Autumn Ski Jump in Fox River Grove.

The event will be held from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at the ski club at 100 Ski Hill Road. Attendees can watch as ski jumpers catapult down the ski club's 70-meter hill. There will be a live band on Saturday and brats, hot dogs, pizza, popcorn, pop, beer, wine and Jägermeister available for sale.

Admission buttons are required and are good for Saturday and Sunday entrance to the event. The entrance buttons are $10 and can be purchased at local merchants. Check the ski club's website for a list of merchants.

In addition, $11 entrance buttons can be purchased online and $15 entrance buttons will be available at the gate.

There is free admission for children 12 years old and younger. Visitors are encouraged to bring blankets and lawn chairs. No carry-ins or dogs are allowed.
