Fresh Thyme sells fresh fruits and vegetables, much of which is locally grown and organic; natural meat, which is raised without hormones; seafood that is flown in daily; locally roasted coffee beans and more.

During the grand opening celebration, the store will have a grocery giveaway for its first 250 shoppers in line. Lines typically form several hours in advance so interested shoppers are advised to arrive early. Festivities will continue with free samples, vendor demos, live music, face paintings and other entertainment throughout the weekend.
