Funeral Procession for Lt. Gliniewicz to Follow 18-Mile Route
A funeral will be held Monday for the police officer slain in the line of duty last week.
Funeral arrangements have been set for Monday for slain Fox Lake Police Department Lt. Charles Joseph Gliniewicz.
Police released details regarding the processional, which will start at Antioch High School and wind through Lake County, through Fox Lake and end at Hillside East Cemetery in Antioch. The 18-mile processional will follow a funeral service at 1 p.m., the Northwest Herald reports.

A public viewing will be held from 9 to 11:30 a.m. at Antioch High School, 1133 Main St., and from noon to 1 p.m., according to the article. The viewing will halt at about 11:30 a.m. for law enforcement to walk through. The public is encouraged to line the streets throughout the processional route to show their support.
