A Garden Party showcased downtown Crystal Lake on Saturday, featuring flowering plants, music, a Pink Tablecloth Contest and more.
She explained, "The idea is to get people into the businesses to showcase the downtown," Diana Kenney, Executive Director of , said. "We've been dodging raindrops and clouds all day, but we've had a good turnout. Flower sales have been great, this morning especially."
The Annual Garden Party Pink Tablecloth Contest had 20 businesses involved with clever and exciting uses of a pink tablecloth in an outdoor display.

The Judges Choice winner was the Wickham Interiors display.
