GRAYSLAKE, IL — A boil order issued for the village of Grayslake on Friday was lifted a day later, village officials said. The boil order was put in place after the village’s water system lost water pressure.
A preliminary investigation revealed that a telemetry system malfunction occurred, causing the issue. according to a news release from the village. Village officials announced on Saturday that the boil order had been lifted after testing the village's water system.
