Joyce’s Driving School Teacher Advices on Critical Driving Skills with Care

Joyce's Driving School's 10 tips for parents and students learning to drive, FLEX-Ed and weekend classes are available now.

(Crystal Lake, IL) — Inserting more Behind the Wheel practice between classroom instruction creates a more logical and successful outcome for student drivers, according to Joyce Younger of Joyce’s Driving School in Crystal Lake.

“We find students are more interested in what they are learning when they can put classroom concepts into practice with driving time,” says Younger. “Classroom discussions are better and students take greater ownership of what they learn.”

Younger watched her daughter’s instruction for driving and found the instructor just going through the motions. Seeking a more personal approach and practical program, she founded Joyce’s Driving School in 2009. “I am very proud of our program results – after all, my name is on everything!”
