The Land Conservancy of McHenry County Fall Native Plant Sale is Open
Sale Features Native Plants, Trees and Shrubs Suitable for the McHenry County Landscape

The Land Conservancy of McHenry County (TLC) has native plants, shrubs and trees available for preorder now through Aug. 14 during its Fall Sustainability Sale. Items can be purchased on TLC’s website, at store.conservemc.org
The sale offers a variety of native plants and shrubs. Oaks and other native trees in sizes ranging from 3-gallon to 10-gallon containers are also available to order. Plants start at $3.60, shrubs start at $26 and trees start at $47 and are listed as appropriate for sun, shade, or wet areas. The sale features some unique and unusual native plants in addition to more common varieties.
Items are available for pickup Sept. 13-14 in Woodstock at the McHenry County Fairgrounds. Customers are encouraged to place their orders early since many items sell out quickly.

TLC members receive 10 percent off their orders with a special member code. A portion of the sales from the Fall Sustainability Sale supports TLC’s land preservation work in McHenry County.
