Students Spread Kindness One Coffee Sleeve At A Time

The Starbucks on Route 31 in Crystal Lake will distribute coffee sleeves decorated by Prairie Grove District 46 students.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — Visitors to the Starbucks on Route 31 in Crystal Lake may notice some colorful new coffee sleeves in the coffee shop starting this weekend. The coffee sleeves were decorated by Prairie Grove Community School District 46 students and include words of kindness, according to a post from the school district.

The students' artwork and uplifting messages will be on 1,300 coffee sleeves, which will be distributed starting on Saturday, Nov. 23, according to school officials. The coffee sleeves will be available while supplies last at the Starbucks, 1125 S. Route 31.

"PG is making a difference, one coffee sleeve at a time," according to the Facebook post.
