Luminaria Walk Kicks Off Wednesday At Veteran Acres Park
A trail at Veteran Acres Park will be lit up at night on Wednesday through Saturday. There also will be holiday activities Saturday.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — The Crystal Lake Park District will host its Luminaria Walk every evening starting this Wednesday and continuing through Saturday.
Those stopping out can walk the lit trail at Veteran Acres Park, 431 N. Walkup, Crystal Lake, from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. each evening. A trail map can be found here. On Saturday, there will also be campfires, cookies, Encore Music Academy carolers, hot coca and a Candy Cane Forest.
The trail entrance will begin at the Veterans Acres picnic shelter. Registration is not required.
