Main Beach: Concerts in the Park Begin
Free concerts are open to the public at 7 p.m.every Tuesday night.
Grab the chair-in-a-bag, picnic snack and swimming suit, if you like, and head over to Main Beach in Crystal Lake as the 2012 Concerts in the Park series begins Tuesday night.
The special evening of music by the water is a summer tradition for Crystal Lake residents. Many loyal concert-goers meet family and friends every week for a picnic dinner and live musical entertainment.
Adults can relax and listen as the various bands play from the Main Beach band shell. Kids and their friends can swim as the sun slowly settles, fish, or play volleyball in the sand.
