Man Enters McDonald’s Via Drive-Thru Window, Demands Cash: Police
The robbery happened early at a McDonald's in Cary.

CARY, IL – Police are looking for a man accused of climbing through the drive-thru window at a Cary McDonald’s and demanding money early Monday. He was given cash but police said they weren't sure how much. He then climbed out the same window of the McDonald's at 678 Northwest Highway at about 2 a.m. Monday, according to a news release from the Cary Police Department. He then fled on foot.
Authorities said the robber – a man believed to be in his early 20s – did not display a weapon and no one was injured, according to a news release from the Cary Police Department.
Authorities are asking for the public's help in tracking the man down. His height and weight are not known. Police said he was wearing a light-colored cloth across his face, dark blue-hooded sweatshirt, tan/khaki-colored tight pants and gray-colored 'Chuck Taylor' type shoes, according to the news release. The suspect also had a tattoo on his left index finger that looks like a No. 1.
