Man Flown To Hospital After Fall From Forklift In McHenry Co.: Officials

WOODSTOCK, IL — A man was flown to a hospital on Wednesday morning after he fell from a forklift in Woodstock.

The Woodstock Fire/Rescue District responded to the 14400 block of Washington Street in unincorporated Woodstock at about 8:20 a.m. Wednesday for the forklift-related injury, according to a news release from the fire district.

Emergency crews found the man, who had fallen from a forklift, in a garage on the property. He sustained a traumatic head injury and was taken by helicopter to Advocate Condell Medical Center in Libertyville, according to a news release.

An update on his condition is not immediately available.
