McHenry Man Faces Child Porn Charges
David P. Stone was arrested Wednesday following an investigation and search of his home.

MCHENRY, IL — A 28-year-old McHenry man faces possession of child pornography charges following an investigation and search of his house this past week, authorities said. The Illinois Attorney General's Office assisted the McHenry Police Department with Wednesday's search of David P. Stone's home in the 5900 block of Bluegrass Trail in McHenry.
“Child pornography is an absolutely reprehensible crime, and the individuals who reproduce these horrific images must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law,” Attorney General Kwame Raoul said in a statement Thursday. “My office will continue to partner with local law enforcement to locate and hold these offenders accountable.”
Stone was arrested, and his bail has been set at $300,000. He has been ordered to have no contact with a minor under the age of 18 years old or use the internet for illicit purposes.
