Prior to joining the Molly Maid family, Dobrowolski worked for 25 years in the engineering and manufacturing industry. In an effort to operate his own business and provide a more secure life for his family, Dobrowolski purchased an established Molly Maid business and expanded his territory to include communities spanning Crystal Lake, Campton Hills, Elgin, Harvard, Huntley and Sycamore, to name a few.
