New Crystal Lake Hospital Aims To Open In July
The Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center is being constructed in the area of Route 31 and Three Oaks Road in Crystal Lake.
CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — A new hospital in Crystal Lake is planning to open this July.
The Mercyhealth Hospital and Medical Center, which is currently being constructed near Route 31 and Three Oaks Road, is in the process of hiring and is still looking to fill 150 jobs, Alen Brcic, Mercyhealth's vice president of people and culture, told the Northwest Herald.
The hospital will be the first to offer 24/7 emergency services in Crystal Lake.

The medical center is planning to host hiring events every Wednesday through April and May as it looks to fill positions ahead of its July opening.
