New Steinhafels Has Outlet Area

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL -- Steinhafels will be opening in the coming weeks and company officials say the Crystal Lake location is meant to have a family-friendly and homey feel to it. Steph Graham, Steinhafels public relations and marketing manager, told the Northwest Herald the 100,000-square-foot store will have a hospitality area with home-baked cookies and coffee and has strategically placed decorations and partitions to make customers feel more at ease in the massive space. The store, located at 5846 Route 14, also will have an outlet area in the back.

Another point of pride for the store will be the mattress department, Graham told the newspaper.

“We have mattress experts. Our associates take training to learn about the latest mattress technology,” she said. “We also have our own factory-direct mattress line.”

Steinhafels grand opening is set for Feb. 15.
