Parolee Caught Peeping In Window: Police
David L. Khollman, 49, of Crystal Lake, has been arrested on a disorderly conduct charge.

CRYSTAL LAKE, IL — A 49-year-old parolee faces a disorderly conduct charge for walking through a yard and peering into the window of a home near Crystal Lake early Wednesday. The owner of the home in the 1600 block of Grand Avenue in unincorporated Crystal Lake told authorities he reviewed footage of his home security camera and said the person who was on his property appeared to be wearing a dress and carrying a purse at the time of the incident, according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
McHenry County Sheriff's Office detectives linked David L. Khollman, 49, of Crystal Lake, to the crime, according to authorities. Khollman, who was on parole with the Illinois Department of Corrections, was arrested and has been charged with disorderly conduct.
He is next expected in court on Sept. 17.
