Photographer's Aerial Photos on Display at Le Petit Marche

Crystal Lake photographer will be presenting a series of Chicago images at 19 N. Williams St.,during the month of September.

Also on show at the downtown business will be a select number of aerial photographs recently taken in the Crystal Lake area.

The display will be in place from Sept. 2 to Oct. 15, Pendergrast said.

"The highlight of the series of aerial images in addition to a number of perspectives of Chicago will be the first-ever aerial photo taken of the 'greening of the Chicago River' during last year’s St. Patrick’s Day parade and festivities in Chicago," Pendergrast said.

All images are presented from a helicopter platform, thus the detail and the perspective "is unparalleled," he said.

There will also be selected images in place that were taken from recent Crystal Lake missions, as well as a very special website that will lead individuals to even more images of local communities and the Chicago metropolitan area.
