Plans Approved For New 7 Brew Coffee Location In St. Charles
The drive-thru coffee chain is one step closer to expanding locally, according to media reports.
ST. CHARLES, IL — Preliminary plans have been approved for a new 7 Brew Coffee location in St. Charles, moving the drive-thru coffee chain one step closer to expanding in the city, according to planning documents.
The proposed shop would be built on a vacant commercial site near Lincoln Highway and Randall Road and would include a single-story building with a drive-thru designed to accommodate high-volume traffic, according to the Aurora Beacon-News. City planning materials indicate the project includes landscaping improvements, updated site circulation and access changes intended to improve vehicle flow in the area.
Final approvals are still required before construction can begin, according to the Beacon-News. Developers hope to have the new 7 Brew open in St. Charles by the end of the year.
