CRYSTAL LAKE, IL —The Crystal Lake Police Department has received several complaints regarding The Arising Church holding services, which violates Gov. J.B. Pritzker's executive order, the Northwest Herald is reporting. Officers went to the church, located at 211 N. Virginia St., at 10:40 a.m. on April 5 and 10:33 a.m. on April 12.

Crystal Lake Police Department Chief James Black told the newspaper officers saw numerous cars in the parking lot but did not know how many people were at the church since they "did not physically count attendance." Police gave a verbal warning to church officials and asked them to comply with Pritzker's order.
