The Prairie Ridge varsity football team is headed to the playoffs.
Prairie Ridge (6-3), a No. 14 seed, will play Lakes Community High School, a No. 3 seed, in the first round of the 6A Illinois High School Association (IHSA) playoffs at 7 p.m. on Oct. 31. The game will be in Lake Villa.
