Ramen Noodle Restaurant To Open Saturday In Cary
RamenDoBo Noodle Bar is planning a soft opening for Feb. 1.
CARY, IL — A new restaurant specializing in Ramen noodle dishes is expected to open Saturday in Cary, the Northwest Herald is reporting. RamenDoBo Noodle Bar, located at 716 Northwest Highway, is the brainchild of Juan San Juan and his wife, Debby.
The couple previously owned a sandwich bar, which opened in Lake Forest during the recession, but decided to close it around the time their daughter was born, according to the article. Now, with their daughter grown, San Juan said they decided to give the restaurant business another try.
The hours for the "soft open" of the noodle bar will be 5 to 9 p.m. on Feb. 1 and those hours will continue on Tuesday through Saturday, according to the Northwest Herald. The restaurant will be closed on Sunday and Monday.
