Rauetoberfest Returns With German Food, Beer, Music
Sponsored by the Raue Center for the Arts, the festival will be held Saturday in Woodstock.

WOOKDSTOCK, IL -- The 4th Annual Rauetoberfest will be returning this weekend. The festival will include traditional German music and fare and will be held from 2 to 10 p.m. Saturday at Beyond Stable Farm, 11129 Route 176 in Woodstock. Admission is $5 at the gate and children 8 years old and younger are free.
A $20 express pass, which allows attendees to skip the lines, includes a pint glass with one free beer, a root beer mug, special seating and snacks, express beverage line and "fun swag," according to information posted on the Raue Center's website. Express passes can be purchased by calling the Raue box office at 815-356-9212.
There will be a beer truck consisting of several choices of beer at the festival. A food truck will be provided courtesy of The Public House and will be serving traditional German fare. Die Muskimeisters will perform from 4 to 10 p.m.

Kinderfest, which provides families with activities for kids free of charge, and a Root Bier Garten will be open until 6 p.m.
Only cash will be accepted at the event.
