CRYSTAL LAKE, IL - ‘the Listening Room’ welcomes Robbie Fulks to the Listening Room on September 12th at 8:00pm. Fulks is a singer/songwriter, but also a gifted guitarist who has taught for years at the Old Town School of Folk Music in Chicago. He is a soulful singer with an expressive honky-tonk tenor, the Washington Post even saying that he is “one of the great honky-tonk voices of his generation.” His songwriting is something to be admired - these talents combine to make a fantastic show. Tickets for this show are $20 in advance and $25 at the door. This concert is sponsored by Working World Services.

The Listening Room is located within the Lakeside Legacy Arts Park, and is an acoustically perfect, intimate, 100 seat performance venue. A cash bar will be available, and tickets do often sell out, so please purchase them in advance online!
